7. Most recent update - what did you break THIS time? - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Cool, thanks for the link. I tried it on singularity, and the client is more of a memory hog than on tranqulity, and performance is even worse. No doubt, that won't deter them from jamming it onto tranqulity anyway.

LOL, wow!!! So while I was waiting for singularity to update so I could test the "supposed" fixes to all the lag, I read through all the pages. What an amazing array of problems you've "patched" into an already perma-beta game! It's amazing that C...

12. Sticky:EVE Client freeze/crash issues - Retribution 1.1 - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
Prior to the last big patch, I could comfortably run 10 clients on my machine. Since the patch, I can barely run half that number. Why? Something in your patch has turned your client into a complete resource hog. Memory usage, per client, has gon...

13. Most recent update - what did you break THIS time? - in Issues, Workarounds & Localization [original thread]
After doing some more checking, whatever "brilliant" change was ijmplemented, runs the cpu(s) at 100% capacity, non-stop. That is what is causing all the issues for everyone. That is why clients freeze, unfreeze, white-out and come back, etc. So, ...

So, I don't have a rocket ship for a machine, but i can comfortably run 9 or 10 clients on it. Only had a couple clients logged on yesterday, so I didn't notice anything, but today, Eve is screwed, again. Touch the UI = broken Eve. Right now, I c...

So, for all intents and purposes, in high sec, an offline pos is every bit as secure as an online one, it's just that the modules aren't online either? In either case, a war dec is the only way for an outsider to get into them and the bonus is tha...

16. Questions about hi sec pos's - in Science and Industry [original thread]
So, I understand that a high sec pos can't be attacked unless there's a war dec. If you attack a high sec pos without a dec, Concord comes and pops you, yes? I was jumping around and found a lot of pos towers and arrays in high sec, they appear t...
